Great location, great staff, great service, rich breakfast, complimentary drinks and snacks... Free of charge soft drink service were superb. When you get tired of walking around and step in the hotel to get relax, a cozy lobby welcomes you with some cookies and fresh fruits. Even they offer to prepare a breakfast bag for us since we were leaving very early in the morning. It was a little pricy however it worth every penny to stay there... Moreover hotel is in a very central location, very close to public transportation stops and many must-see places.

I loved this hotel! the staff and the manager were just super professional and helpful. The hotel is cool and clean. I really enjoyed the drinks at the bar and the breakfast was fantastic. We had a junior suite and I thought it would be bigger (from the pictures) but the manager explained the different rooms and layout and offered us drinks for the misunderstanding. Despite this little thing everything was great.

Near to the Porta Romana metro station, just 5 min walk. Surrounded by many restaurants. Room is very clean. Clear instructions on how to checkin and check-out. Very safe place to stay. Looks like the photos.
Check-in went very smoothly and the room was ready on arrival. Reception staff friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and warm, with a nice hot shower. The bedding & towels were changed more than once despite it only being a 5 night stay. It was very convenient to walk to Porta Romana metro station. Very handy for nearby breakfast cafes. "Cafe Refresh" was used several times and I could recommend.
