The location and sustainability. Jeffrey the staff member was definitely the highlight, he anticipated any need and was so incredibly helpful whether he was on shift or on his way home. He made us feel safe, welcome, and very cared for. He might be the hardest working hotel employee I’ve ever met. He is an absolute star.

The place is very clean and has all the needed facilities, the location is just close to the porta romana metro station with only 10 minutes to the duomo.
One room with double bed and private bathroom one room with single bed and double sofa bed in the reception. There are another bathroom and a nice terrace also.
Near to the Porta Romana metro station, just 5 min walk. Surrounded by many restaurants. Room is very clean. Clear instructions on how to checkin and check-out. Very safe place to stay. Looks like the photos.
