It was a lovely flat in a brilliant location..right in the heart of the old city. Very near the amphitheatre and the botanical gardens and the lively Piazza Yenne. We had a wonderful stay there as a couple using it as a base to explore the city of Cagliari..
Great location about 8 mins walk to piazza Yenne, spacious appartment, 5 mins walk to Cagliari station (one stop from Cagliari Elmas Airport) and bus station. Air conditioning a real plus and beds were comfortable.

No 7 bus takes you directly to Piazza Yenne thourgh the center. Bus stop is abt 160 m which is a big bonus.

This is a lovely apartment right on Piazza Yenne. It is comfortable and clean and despite being right on the square with numerous restaurants/bars, it was surprisingly quiet. There is quite a bit of street noise here but with the windows closed it did not bother us. The staircase to the apartment is narrow and steep so it may be a challenge with large luggage. We had no problems with small bags. The check in process was easy and host communication was great. I would definitely stay again!
Apartment was recently renovated so everything was new - air conditioning worked great - just a beautiful apartment - great location too - 10 minute walk to the train station - just a 7 minute walk to Piazza Yenne - 5 minutes to the bus stop for the bus to the beaches at Poetto - Host was really nice - overall it was just perfect
Couldn’t recommend this place more for a city break in Cagliari (with great beaches nearby). The room is situated right in the centre but was still super quiet at night. There’s great food and drinks in Piazza Yenne around the corner with a mix of locals and tourists. The host Luisa is so lovely, welcoming and helpful. She came to meet us on our first morning and gave us advise on where to go and what to do and was always available for our questions. The room itself was really nice and clean!
Very good location, close to several points of interest as well as a bunch of shops, including a supermarket (CRAI) for water at Piazza Yenne. There is a fridge, a freezer, air conditioning, washing machine, etc. in the room. On arrival, it is recommended to walk up on Largo Carlo Felice to Piazza Yenne, then turn right and continue as far as Scalette Santa Teresa. For those being in a good physical condition, it is definitely fine.
The location was excellent, very close to restaurants in the Marina district, 5 minutes from Piazza Constituzione and 10 minutes form Piazza Yenne. Lots of places to eat and visit near by. The kitchen is very well equipped and we found everything we need when we stayed in and ate.

The host was extremely pleasant, and nothing was too much bother to help. The room was a large. The bed was extremely comfortable. The WiFi was very good. The bathroom was well equipped and a good size. I heard no sounds whatsoever from other rooms, so the soundproofing was excellent. The cleaning was efficiently done. The property is very well located, about 100 metres from the central Piazza Yenne.
