Amazing service and warm welcome from the reception giving us an upgrade as I was injured. The room was super comfortable and very clean. The spa and massage was also amazing. We tried the food at the rooftop restaurant and it was one of the best we had in Naples.

Location was fairly good, near the centro storico and the railway, and close to a metro station, but other parts of the city like the port and piazza plebiscito were not easily accessible on foot.

Loved the location - calm and right next to the seaside but also close to the city centre and piazza plebiscito. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the rooms were great. Perfect stay if you are planning to visit Napoli.
