Lovely property - very comfortable, great style and sense of history, fabulous breakfast - one of the best we have had, and above all great staff, in particular Andre on the front desk who could not have been more professional, helpful, kind and generous - he made our stay extra special and is a real asset to the hotel. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer - very highly recommended! Moderna is a delightful city to visit and this is the place to stay - just a short walk to everything you might want to enjoy.

Everything was amazing, it has EV-charging, new fresh hotel but the breakfast wasn’t the best. Eggs were cold and no fresh fruit available.

Great location - really central and literally next door to the market and seconds away from Piazza Grande. Spacious room and nicely furnished. High ceilings, big windows and a lovely clean room.
This beautiful apartment is centrally located, 2 mins from the Piazza Grande and 1 min from the Albenille historical market. You need a permit to enter the limited traffic zone so we opted for thr free parking near the stadium which is only 15 mins walk from the apartment. Over-all, a very enjoyable stay.
Well equipped for its compact dimensions, this studio is comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, in close proximity to Piazza Grande and many restaurants. The studio is well insulated from street noise but we experienced a lot of dish washing noise - perhaps the adjoining restaurant also opens into the same internal courtyard. Cristina was a friendly host.
Great location close to the Piazza Grande. Nicely furnished apartment, well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The host was is very friendly and attentive. We were also provided with a parking pass so we could park close by. We enjoyed our stay, although it was too short!
The location is walking distance from the train station. This allows for easy access when arriving by train from Bologna or Parma airports, and also to be able to easily visit other nearby cities, such as Reggio Emilia or Piacenza, by train. It is also close to the centre of Modena, where one can enjoy strolls along the shopping streets, Piazza Grande, and the surrounding open spaces. The accommodation is an independent unit in a very quiet block of apartments. The habitable rooms overlook an airy internal courtyard.
The location of this property is amazing! Right above the market and 50metres from the piazza grande. Such a clean room and lovely hosting! Would recommend for a trip to Modena
Room was good size and comfortable. Bathroom was on the small side but functional. Good shower. In-room coffee making facility, safe in the room, cold filtered water available on tap, the dual ACs were working well. The bed linen (and towels) were changed within two days. The hosts (Ferdrico & Silvia) were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The property is within walking distance to Piazza Grande.
