A real Italian gem. Off the beaten track but fantastic. We arrived by motorcycle relatively early in the afternoon and we were greeted by two young men (waiters as it transpired) who treated us like long lost friends, sorted out the room, looked after a first cooling beer and then insisted on giving us some table snacks.
The room was large with a veranda and immaculately clean with very effective air conditioning.
Dinner was superb (we opted not to go down the pizza route) again with great service. Breakfast the next morning was served by the lady owner and there was too much already on the table.. she then asked if we would like ham and cheese🙂
Overall a superb night's stay and we would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Lovely clean room with excellent air-conditioning and bathroom. It was great to have a desk, fridge and comfortable large bed. Communication was also very good.
The location was both the best and worst thing about the accommodation. The view over the Piazza del Popolo was incredible (perfect for the Quintana parade), and proximity to everything in beautiful Ascoli was great.
Fantastic location near Piazza del Popolo at Ascoli Piceno, but not close enough to have all the noise bother you. Breakfast is fantastic and staff is wonderful and very nice. I would stay again at this hotel.

This is our second time at Di Sabatino resort. Only 50 meters from the famous Piazza del Popolo right in the historical centre of Ascoli Piceno. Modern hotel offering a spacious room that was spotlessly clean and serviced every day. Staff were highly professional and incredibly friendly. Adequate breakfast offered every morning on the third floor.
Beautiful art-deco apartment a short stroll from Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Arringo and handy to a pharmacy and small supermarket. 15 minute walk to the train station as well. Very quiet and cosy 5th floor 4 room apartment with every imaginable detail catered for. Lola is lovely and will both ensure your privacy but also is readily available for any queries.
The accommodation was surprisingly spacious and the position was perfect for us - right by the main Piazza del Popolo. The host was very helpful, giving us clear information about parking options and also providing a high chair for our one-year-old. There is an arrangement with the bar below allowing dishes to be carried up to the apartment, which we found useful for an evening meal. Altogether highly recommended.

Emidio was an incredibly helpful and welcoming host, providing very detailed information on how to reach the apartment, and helping us greatly when we got stuck on a few issues.
The free private car parking was secure, close by, and made an easy start to trips in the area.
