Modern clean rooms and friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet. The restaurant was reasonable and good. You can walk in about 30 to San Gimignano by a quiet dirt road. Good internet.

Exceptional location with balcony overlooking the piazza. Had historical hotel feel. Breakfast staff were very accommodating with great views overlooking the valley. Dinner experiences were excellent. Very helpful emails prior to our visit to outline directions, how to drop off luggage and parking. It is an adventure to drive your car into a medieval walled city to drop off suitcases.

Its very clean, in a great location and the staff are fantastic! One of them gave us a ride to an out f thevway restaurant for dinner and picked us up at 10 pm!!!
