The staff were super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortbale as possible. Breakfast was a good European style breakfast with enough choice. Our room was large and very comfortable. I would definately recommend this hotel for a stay in Venice

It’s a palace and the hotel treats its guests like royalty! Wonderful location, very comfortable room, great bar, kind and helpful staff. The hotel is very special architecture and the second floor sitting room is gorgeous. My husband enjoyed playing the grand piano. Guirini in bar was very friendly and a delightful host and representative of the hotel. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was excellent and very accomodting. The hotel was clean and the resturatant for evening was very good. The bathroom was nice with a nice shower.

If you want a quiet visit to Venice, Murano is the place and Hotel Murano is excellent. Beautiful, good-sized room (ours had windows over the canal). Big bathroom with soaking tub and shower. Quite adequate breakfast. Highly recommend this little hotel.
Hotel Conterie is a hidden treasure. We enjoyed every moment while visiting Murano. Our room was spotless, with new linens and great shower pressure. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the light breakfast, which was perfect... with plenty of variety. We loved the coffee machine that made cappuccino, latte, etc... relaxing on the open air breakfast patio. Beautiful, new and clean hotel in a central location in Murano. Good size room and bathroom. Vaporetto dock is directly outside with good connections to Venice and the airport
Really great place in Murano! Apartment was as described. Incredible value, really clean and updated. Roberto was really nice and accommodating, letting us check in a little earlier since we arrived in Murano early and the place was ready.
The hosts were very helpful. The apartment appeared to be brand new and was very stylish. It was conveniently located a 100 meters from the main shopping area in Murano.
