Surrounded by peaceful gardens, Villa Mabapa is an Art-Nouveau building with a quiet location on Venice-Lido. It is 700 metres from the Lido San Nicolò water-bus stop for Venice's historic centre.

It was appropriate given it was a relatively small hotel.
