The location is great. I had a Seaview room on the 6th floor. Very nice view of the harbour and seeing alot of planes come in and out from Cagliari. It's very noisy with the windows open but it's part of it.
Alot of restaurants near by. Very easy walk and close to St. Remy, the old town area and the shopping street.
A pizza place, a small cafe and a very good Gelateria Peter Pan below the hotel. A trendy pizza / burger restaurant NEXT just above the staircase near the hotel.
The staffs are very helpful, happy and patience.
Room are very spacious and the communication before my arrival was good and on time.
The breakfast is very simple but good simple setting. The staffs there are very good.
They provide beach towels and umbrella. A easy taxi ride about 10 to 15 mins to the city beach Poetto with alot of good restaurants with sunbeds for rent. But you can also find a part of the beach to just put a towel on the sand. It's a long beach around 7km. White sand and clear water.

Very welcoming & friendly staff. Quick check in to a clean spacious room. Comfortable large bed, superb shower, big TV. The staff were excellent all week, and recognised us by name. The courtyard with the bar and various restaurants was great - good variety on your doorstep.
