The staff were absolutely lovely and made the hotel. The sauna was small but clean and fairly new. The room was very spacious for a ski resort with lots of room for all your stuff. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

I love this little hotel in the older part of Courmayeur, Dolonne. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is very yummy and lacks nothing. I've never said this, but the local yogurt is to die for. The restaurant is also extraordinary. 👌 Couldn't fault anything. Because I extended my stay, even my washing was done.
Hotel Tavernier was the perfect place to stay this weekend in Courmayeur. The Dolonne Ski Lift, Ski Rental, and Ski pass office is a 4 minute walk from the hotel. The town is a 13 minute walk, very nice for drinks and dinner. The room and beds were phenomenal, as well as the room size. Breakfast was ideal, pay for it!
Crampon have a limited but nice breakfast. They also run free shuttle van to the Dolonne gondola which runs up to the resort which was a huge surprise and a massive help as the hotel is across town from the lift and would be a chore in ski boots carrying skis.
Very cute little hotel on the edge of town. The interiors are modern chalet chic, with warm wood paneling and slate floors. Our bed was very comfortable and both bedroom and bathroom very clean. The staff are kind and friendly and always happy to help their guests. Breakfast is delicious continental style, with eggs made to order. They provide a shuttle on request to and from the nearby Dolonne ski lift. And we appreciated being able to confirm a shorter stay (2 nights) reservation during the busy high season.

Comfy rooms and beds. Breakfast was great with eggs cooked to order and freshly squeezed juices. Local yoghurts and cakes. Great Apertivo hour with delicious nibbles. Simone was very attentive and looked after us very well with his cocktail making! Very friendly staff on the front desk, knowledgeable and helpful. Quirky igloo sauna which was fun. Would highly recommend.
The staff was kind, courteous, and friendly. The hotel is in a beautiful historical stone building dating to 16th century. The location is great: just a short walk to the Dolonne cabin lift if you're skiing, and not far from Courmayeur town centre. There is a parking lot for hotel guests just off the main road. There are also some very good restaurants around the hotel. Given these facts, the hotel is very affordable.
Breakfast was great, easy walk 4 to 5 minute walk to Dolonne lift and ski shop or the hotel has a complementary shuttle service. Also, shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Courmayeur and the hotel more than fulfilled our expectations.
