We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The service was exceptional throughout our entire stay— we want to express a extra thank you to Deborah who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
The hotel also had a fantastic breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We were always impressed by the freshness and quality of the food, and it was the perfect way to start our day.
Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be returning next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

We had a great week in Cervinia. The hotel is a lovely building, with fantastic views from the bar and restaurant across Cervinia to the mountains beyond. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Our room was comfortable and well-tended, the shuttle service worked nicely, and the facilities were suitable for most of our needs. We felt very comfortable and would visit again.

The breakfast was absolutely incredible. We emailed them beforehand to ask if they could do a vegan breakfast for me and we were in awe of the variety, care and quality of the food. The chef was so sweet and excited to provide a brilliant, catered breakfast including; home-made biscuits (double chocolate chip cookies and cooked apple cookies), hummus, savoury patties (possibly lentils), a vegan courgette omelette, a chocolate fondant cake as well as vegan croissants, soya yoghurts and soya milk. My dad said the normal breakfast buffet was also wonderful (especially the scrambled eggs!).
The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was upgraded upon arrival. The room itself was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel was ideal (1 min from the chairlifts! And right in the centre of the town with all the restaurants). The ski room had heated boot racks which was lovely and a great storage system for the skis and poles so no fallen over equipment.
The bar in the hotel had a lovely atmosphere and made tasty cocktails!

Probably the best location in Cervinia - right across the main lift (Cretaz). btw, the mapping in Google maps isn't accurate. The apartment is adjacent to the La Grotta restaurant, FYI.
The apartment has everything - 2 bunk beds, 1 twin bed, and a sofa that opens into a bed - so even 5 people can fit.
Location is excellent, Ski and boot room easily accessible, Cretaz ski lift is a 3 minute walk away, Ski rental shop is opposite the hotel, you can almost ski back to the hotel entrance
Very close to the Cretaz lift, and with a ski rental shop right next door. We used Sci Scuola Cervino as our ski school who are based at the bottom of the Cretaz lift, so really convenient. Highly responsive and helpful owners. Apartment kitchen is well equipped, lots of cupboard space and beds comfortable.
Location is superb, being close to everything in the village and close to the Cretaz ski lift. Secure underground parking is a real bonus.
The apartment is cozy with a good kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed and a nice small balcony with a good view.

The hotel has an excellent location just a block and a half from the Cretaz and Campetto lift: it's not a ski in ski out, but you can go out fully equipped and you'll be on the mountain in ~5 minutes! It is possible to rent all ski equipment at the Rossignol store inside the hotel at a fair price, as well as relax in a dry or steam sauna and then in an enclosed and heated swimming pool after an intense day of activities. To top it off, the breakfast has a good selection of yogurts, breads, salami and eggs and the staff is friendly!
Everything particularly the point of contact Barbara. So helpful and friendly despite my silly questions. We had an issue getting a transfer on our way out and she organised it perfectly.
The apartment was perfect for two of us on a budget. Really quiet location looking onto the Matterhorn! And right next to the Cretaz ski lift- ideal and in the town.
Apartment was really well equipped with comfortable beds and all the necessary equipment to cook etc.

Very very clean rooms!!! (my husband is allergic to dust especially in winter - he didn't have any issues which is very rare). The douche was also clean and pleasant.
We was leaving very early at the last day so hotel offered us to prepare a breakfast for our trip - very nice.
The closest ski lift is E (Cretaz) 250m from hotel - very convenient.

- Breakfast is fair for a 3-star hotel. Nothing extraordinary, just a buffet, but I liked it
- Retro style of the hotel is very pretty. And rooms are actually a good quality too. It's not like that type where they call an old hotel 'retro'. It is actually retro design in a good state

- They give a 15% discount in ski rent just in front of the Hotel
The apartment was perfect for a ski trip to Cervinia, well located for everything in town including the Cretaz ski lift. The ski storage in the basement was really convenient.
