Beautiful location, recently finished, common areas still under some construction, yet it didn’t feel like it at all. Rooms are beautiful, being in historical buildings made our stay magical.

It was centrally located. 7 minutes work from the station which was prefect. Breakfast was included which was amazing. Staff very friendly . I had some work stuff that I needed printed and they were happy to do that for me. Definitely would stay here again.

Location and facilities as described. Everything is at walking distance (2 minutes to the school my son was attending for Berklee summer camp during Umbria Jazz; in the heart of Borgo XX Giugno, bars, restaurants, supermarket, free parking just outside the door or a few minutes walk; walk to arena Santa Giuliana in less than 15 minutes, same for Corso Vannucci). Owners very nice, friendly and helpful. We felt at home and we will go back.
The apartment is very spacious and comfortable for 2 people. It is tastefully finished, with nice furniture (no Ikea!). It has a balcony directly overlooking Corso Vannucci - we absolutely loved it and spent a lot of time on it! The kitchen is equipped with all necessities. Plus the host, Susanna, was very nice - she spoke English and showed us the apartment at the beginning and gave us recommendations about the local restaurants ;-) Grazie bene!
