Good location for a short beautiful walk into Milan or to the train station for onward routes. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Facilities immaculately clean. The flowers at the front of the property looked lovely. Old school European charm.

Great stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the 24-hour reception was super convenient. It's 5 km from downtown, but the tram right in front made getting around easy. Loved the well-equipped gym. Highly recommend!

I will not come to Milan again.
I will not come to Milan again. I had my phone wallet stolen on a packed Metro on my way from the centrale station to the Duomo. No security people to talk to at the Metro stations so reported to the police in the main station. I was told to go away and find a phone(mine had just been stolen) to cancel my cards and come back when I had done this. Luckily the B&B owner lent me his phone several hours later when I got back . It would have been useful in the police station if they showed understanding.
My friend witnessed a man being knocked to the ground outside the central station as someone tried to steal his phone. THIS IS NOT GOOD . My tip would be to hide your phone beneath clothing, though unsure how you use it!!!

The staff are super helpful and we're very polite helpful and accomodating. In the first night, I could not sleep well because of the mattress, which was roo hard. But they changed my room and mattress type the next day. The hotel is very close to the CityLife , which is a newly built business and shopping mall district and also very close to the Milano Convention centre. Very clean. Bteakfast is not extravagant, but nice. This is a perfect hotel for business trips.
It is a big place with a tall ceiling, a comfortable sofa, a relatively hard and supportive double bed, and a big kitchen for cooking. Warm in mid-December. Ten minutes walk to the Allianz MiCo conference venue and five minutes to the CityLife Shopping District. Worth the price.
