Our room was palatial, with a splendid marble floor and jacuzzi bath. Separate bathroom facilites were very good. Large TV which included free access to Netflix in English. No catering in the hotel but that was no problem as there are several cafes and restaurants on the doorstep providing lovely breakfasts and meals

Breakfast offerings were amazing. All staff members were phenomenal, excellent & attentive service. Special recognition to Giulia who took care of us during breakfast throughout the stay, after day 1, she already knew our F&B preferences & was anticipating it without even asking, she even went beyond her job description & was recommending us sightseeing & showing us on the map the best route to navigate through the city.
The Hotel Manager Andrea showed us the true Italian hospitality by checking on us everyday to ensure everything is up to our expectations. We cant forget his warm welcome & sincere fond farewell. A real example of what hotel leadership should be.
We also cant forget the best guest service we received from the bellmen “Joselu” (unfortunately I cant remember his name) the gentleman from Peru, who escorted us all the way to the taxi waiting area & didn't want to leave until the taxi came.

Comfortable bed , staff were all very helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, im coeliac and the gluten free breakfast was there every morning, no waiting even had a gluten free toaster, which as a coeliac of 30 years , have never experienced anywhere i have travelled. This touch is so very much appreciated.

Excellent location, walkable to everywhere and right beside the Roman Forum, Circus Maximus and Colosseum. Hotel itself is a beautiful building with courtyard. The staff were very friendly and helpful with questions, advice and booking us transfers.
We stayed in the Presidential Suite was very spacious, extremely clean, comfortable and came with coffee machine and some sweet treats provided. Really good air conditioning. Nice bathroom with big shower. Bed was ornate but still very comfortable.
Location is great, you are situated directly next to circus maximus , the staff is great, they helped a lot with everything (such as calling taxi's etc.)
