The staff were lovely, as were the (huge!) range of facilities. The pool felt uncrowded and there were ample places to make yourself comfortable; I also booked a couple of treatments which were easy to arrange and very enjoyable. The evening meals were excellent, as were the breakfasts. Finally, Bedroom design was perfect - loads of room for luggage and a nice big bath as well as a shower. Housekeeping were great too.
As for the immediate vicinity - a trip in the nearby cable car was really helpful in getting some perspective on our location & utterly joyful.
