The first receptionist I saw was very friendly and gave me lots of good recommendations including routes to things (Which you need as easy to get lost down the streets. Fortunately the hotel map is very good). The breakfast is a menu with options for you to choose from. Not the hotel has 2 entrances/exits. It si a very quick walk from the back exit to the Cathedral.

The hotel is a former palace that has been converted into this beautiful hotel. The architecture is just stunning. The artwork around the lobby makes you feel that you are in a museum. Everywhere you looked was a feast for the eyes.
