Although the bedroom was basic, it was one of the most comfortable beds during our whole stay in Italy, including at more expensive hotels. Also, the breakfast was fabulous. The staff were very helpful and kind.

We stayed at Auroom to catch an early flight the next day. The area is in the historical area. So we did some walking around. The Hotel was a little hard to find; it is in a building on the second floor. Once you got there, it was lovely. The one thing we thought was pretty cool was the windows. Once you closed them, it was silent. The air conditioning worked great. They reserved a cab for us to the airport and recommended a few areas for good Neapolitan Pizza. The rooms are not huge, but they worked for us.

I booked the Junior Suite with Balcony at SanFelice 33 Luxury Suites for a four night city escape in Naples. The hotel is located within walking distance to the port, convenient for the airport bus or day ferry trips. It is also within walking distance from a metro station. The room is located on the second floor of a busy building and was spacious and comfortable with a balcony facing onto a busy boulevard but excellent sound proofing provided a restful stay. The room has a fridge and good wifi. The bathroom is very satisfactory. The room description says a fireplace is also in the room but there was no fireplace. I never needed any staff assistance and the entrance codes and keys were explained in the messages I received. There is no breakfast included. I felt like I had rented my own apartment and I enjoyed it.
