Very helpful, friendly staff. The hotel is just one block away from the front of the main train station, so it’s very convenient while also being quiet. Nice breakfast included, comfortable room. I would definitely return.

An absolutely beautiful budget hotel with excellent staff and the accommodations were more than my expectations. My room was perfect with plenty of storage and the bed was more than comfortable. Cleanliness is their priority. The management and staff were very friendly, helpful and more importantly, cheerful. I would absolutely recommend any traveler to stay here. Location is just right across the Roma Termini main railway station.
Our stay at Roman Residence was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, The hotel's design was modern and stylish, and the room had everything we needed provided with complementary beer, coke, water and juice in the mini cooler. The room was spotless and very comfortable and modern. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast selection every morning. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we especially loved the 2 minute to/from the Roma Termini Station.

The Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and the Altare della Patria are all within sight from this lovely hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and a nice breakfast bar right outside the door. It’s an easy walk to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Piazza di Spagna, while the metro is close by and only one stop from Roma Termini. The rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
It was right by a subway station that connects to the main train station in Rome (Roma Termini). The location was great, as it took less than 15 minutes walking to get to the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. They also let us leave our luggage after we checked out.
The location of this hotel was perfect because it is just two blocks from Roma Termini Train Station. The receptionist was very courteous and provided useful information about our stay and the city. The breakfast served at nearby cafe was decent

I had a hard time choosing between the options in rome, i ended up choosing this one because of the bed and the proximity to Roma Termini.
This is my favorite hotel I have stayed at. The beds are amazing, everything is walking distance except maybe the vatican, and the main terminal is less than 5 minutes away. They have a sister hotel that's less than 5 minutes away where they have an amazing restaurant, gym and spa, you get a discount.
