It is near Roma Termini station, just walking 7/10 minutes. You have a public bus station with 4/5 minute waking, and a Hope of Hope bus for a city tour is available around a hotel. I wanted a hotel within close walking distance of the Roma Termini train station, and Hotel Ascot was so easy to reach. My room was lovely with updated furnishings and decor. Spacious bathroom for a single room, too. Staff was very helpful. I appreciated the daily breakfast with several options to choose.
The location was great! It was 5 minute far away from Roma Termini, there are bunch of cafes and restaurants over the hotel and more or less 20-30min away from the main locations of Rome! We haven't had a breakfast so it was not correct to talk about that but it was about 9€ afaik! The room was a bit small to be honest but it met our expectations at least it was clean and organized.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was so beautiful, located in beautiful area of center, near colosseo and fontana di trevi, but vatican and trastevere it’s also close!
