Very friendly and helpful staff, modern building with white marble, spacious room, descent breakfast, free drinks in the room refrigerator, in a very central place (next to via Dante) but in a quiet street. Highly recommended - we would stay here again!

Location is perfect for walking around and reach center of the city easily (It's only 10 min away from Duomo). All Staff (receptionists, waiters & housekeeping) were amazing, friendly, always smile, helpful and kind. Rooms were comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was fresh, varied and satisfies all parties. Drinks (Water, Coffee & Tea) and Snack (pastries & Fruits) were available all the time in Lobby for FREE. Despite some of disadvantages mentioned below, but I will definitely come back and book this lovely Hotel.

Perfect location near the Duomo. Very convenient for sightseeing and for eating out. We attended the Christmas Mass at the Duomo. Perfect for this as well.
The staff are friendly, flexible, prompt and helpful. We stayed several days and the breakfast room team starting with Ruddy and Chiara were excellent. The breakfast itself was very good with wide choices.

A modern and stylish hotel with great amenities. The room even had a yoga mat and dumbbells, which was a nice touch, along with the fitness center.
The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. It’s also great that you can request a different pillow if needed.

I loved it.
I loved it. It was more of an art museum than a castle visit. I probably spent 3-4 hours there. Lots of different types of museums within the castle. The only toilet I found was outside on the grounds

Currently the Egyptian and Da Vinci exhibitions are closed so don’t pay for entry unless the other museums interest you. All of the castle you can see is free, inside the castle is only museum spaces and you can only access the walkway around the castlations by pre booking a walking tour before you arrive.
I’d say an hour wander around and through before the park was fine for most people. Don’t bother with the rest unless you are a real history student or something.

The castle is nice from the outside, but women be warned - there are, like in so many other European cities, groups of men lingering at the entryways trying to talk you into giving them money for bits of 'lucky' string. I've seen this trick so many times, they offer to tie it around your wrist, then won't let go of your arm until you pay them (I have photos of the bruises from Paris to prove it 😞). They are incessant and claim it's for free, so I would advise you walk straight past & ignore them, even if it feels rude. I suppose the staff of the castle know about this, but perhaps corruption reigns and a few backhanders allow them to continue...

Location and cleannesses- It was super close to the subway and train stations, so in 15 minutes you can arrive at Milano Centrale Railway Station by subway, or in 1 minute by feet at Cadorna Railway Station that takes you to Como Lago by train. It’s 5 minutes away from the amazing Sforzesco Castle that’s definitely worth visiting.
