This is our second stay and we loved it last time, great city centre location, but this time quite disappointing, the staff are great as usual, but the rooms were poorly heated on these winter days, at night freezing from 11pm to 7am the heating is off, and although we complained and called reception several times, nothing was done and in both our rooms it was too cold for a normal night's sleep.
