All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was easy to reach by car but only a short walk into town and we were able to park in the secure hotel garage overnight. The breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed it on the terrace.
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Grazia was a marvelous host, she’s very friendly and despite the language barrier was answering all our questions and seemed happy to chat together. She was very flexible with arrival and departure times. She shared she grew up in this house which makes it extra special. She’s truly caring and loves what she does which made it an incredible nice stay. It’s 15 min by car from the beach, which is great. Would recommend to stay here when you visit the east coast!

The hike is not easy!
The hike is not easy! We thought we were fit but definitely had to take small breaks on the way back up. We were told that a few weeks ago there was a massive slip on the cliff side which meant the water was not as clear as it normally is. We went to some of the other surrounding beaches which had much better clear waters. Hopefully it clears soon.

If you stay in Banuei, you MUST do two things:
If you stay in Banuei, you MUST do two things:
(1) Hike to Cala Goloritze Beach (You can drive up to Su Porteddu restaurant and then hike from there, Sept 2019 the entrance price was 6 Euro per person and it takes about 1 hour and half each way)
(2) Drive to Pedra Longa. It is not an offcial beach but you can swim there! There is also a good restaurant there! The road is very scenic and in good condition!
