15 inch steep gap inside room, in between bed and floor area, floor to washroom entry.
My co tourists fell down twice, as couldn't make the steep distance. Horrible & worst experience.
We called Local Police Station over phone to help us.
Dinner was served in the room after 1 hr 45 mins. Order taken at 5pm, dinner was ready at 8:30pm, dinner was served in our room at 9:45pm.
Don't ever think to stay here.

The rooms are really good and we got in a offer price.. The food is also good.. Mainly their Candle light dinner arrangement is exceptional.. Its worth for the money.. The boat safari is also really great...The offer they gave for boat ride for the guests in hotel is great..Room service is good.. Parking facilities also available..

Beautiful Nature and scenes of backwaters. Take a boat ride into backwaters and ask for lunch stop. You can get your lunch at one of those floating restaurants which is a different experience.
Go early for Sunrise view and make sure you book your ride in advance and arrive on time. On spot booking could mean long waits or higher charges.
A boat ride for 1-2 hours is usually good for the experience as longer rides becomes boring and monotonous unless you love backwaters.
