The hotel is new, everything is sparkling clean, nicely decorated room. The light fixtures are strategically placed. Water pressure is good in the bathroom, hot water is available, plenty of space beside the sink to place your toiletries, big separately lit mirror. There are plenty of drawers and a wardrobe in the room. The mini fridge in the room came in handy. Wifi is very strong, and smart tv is good too. The bed is actually a king size, and was comfortable for us. Very nice and helpful people. They let us check out at 6:30 pm without any fees, although the check out time mentioned on booking.com was 12 pm. They refilled our water bottles whenever we asked. Employees always smiled at us and made us feel welcome. One gentleman (don't know if he is the manager) even helped us get an auto rickshaw.

Excellent staffs. Receptionist were friendly n helpful. Whenever needed help, staff mr. Shankar helped..He arranged one auto thru security guard. Booked him wherever we need to go., the auto comes on time.
