Room TV was not functioning asked to get it fixed but the person didn’t know how to fix it either

On Sunday only the Palace lighting is on for 45 minutes in evening . Daily you have light and sound after which they light the palace for 5 minutes.
On the day we visited it was cancelled . But it’s worth the visit . To check the palace grounds in the evening.

Great place to learn about the Mysore Kingdom, their kings and their earlier lifestyle. Points to note when visiting the palace -
1. Reach the Varaha gate for parking your four wheelers.
2. Fee for adults is 100/- and free for kids before 10
3. Heard straight to leave your footwear at the lockers for the same. The queue system there is very bad. So, if you have an option to leave your footwear in your car, do that unless the weather is too hot for you to walk the short distance barefoot.
4. After you come out and Circle out, you can take pics of the front view of the palace.
5. Although they say that photography is prohibited inside, you would see everybody clicking pics inside the palace.

The location is at a walking distance from Mysore palace. The hotel has basic facilities with a clean room and bathroom. One veg restaurant in the building and nothing else nearby. Limited parking (had to park roadside). They have arrangements with another restaurant who delivers in the room. We just stayed the night so it was okay.

Location is near to Mysuru Junction Railway Station and City Centre Bus stand. Mysore Palace is also very near. All these three are within 5 minutes drive by auto. Room was clean and comfortable for 3 persons. Hotel ambiance from outside, reception and the corridor are very clean and impressive.
Overall a nicer hotel than I expected. Although we didn't use the outdoor swimming pool we enjoyed reading outside in the garden area away from traffic noise. Convenient location: walking distance to train station. About 100 or 150 INR by rickshaw to Mysore Palace.
The family room provided was spacious with two large bathrooms and two big beds which was excellent Rooms were comfortable. Also the hotel is centrally located. The Mysore Zoo is only a four minutes walk from the hotel and the Mysore Palace is also pretty close - takes about 10 minutes by car. You also have accessibility to the Mysore Mall which is also like a 5-7 minutes drive from the hotel.
Breakfast buffet, decent variety. Espresso / Cappuccino maker which was very nice.
Great location near Mysore Palace, only a 10m walk. Restaurant Hotel RRR is near -- just make you get the right one -- there's a lot of copycats. You can see inside and it's mobbed. On Google Maps it's the one next to the beer garden.
Very central but relatively quiet hotel very near to Mysore palace. The beergarden was nice, they have good food. The rooftop pool could alway be used and was a very good place to relax. We had a spacious room with balcony and a very good bed.
The hotel is located at a distance of 5 to 6 kms from mysore palace. The location is calm and quiet, with adequate parking space. Coorg restaurant opposite to our stay provides delicious non veg cuisines. The hotel is neat and cleanly maintained
