The staff were very accommodating and the location was excellent. We really loved staying in a heritage property and enjoyed being able to sit in the balcony. The simple breakfast provided was well cooked.If we were ever to return to the city we would definitely stay here again.

We arrived late in the evening, and there were no issues with the check-in. We stayed for only one night. The room and bathroom were clean and looked the same as they do in the photos. The staff was welcoming and professional. It takes only around 20 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel by car.

Rammed. I fail to see the attraction of this place.
Rammed. I fail to see the attraction of this place. It's relatively small and yet thousands of people decend on it to sample it's dubious delights. There is not enough room to walk and yet there they are, the tiniest of tables and chairs and grownups crammed in, waiters doing their best to feed this mass. Stay away.

The location was excellent every major tourist attractions like Narmada river front, flower show, manek chowk, new cloth market etc. were around 2 Kms. this locations has great connectivity options like bus stand and ample of auto and lot of food options.
Beautiful historic building in the heart of the city, near Manek Chowk. It has been recently restored to high standards. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the havelly across the street. Breakfast was fine though a bit limited. We loved walking in the area which is so full of history and character.
Beautiful setting - the house and rooms. Really quite stunning. Spacious rooms. Good location near Manek Chowk. One member of staff, in particular, who served us breakfast was excellent.
Simple wholesome breakfast - Poha, fruits, juice, tea, bread toast with butter and jam.
Rooms are super spacious with great and clean washroom. The staff is very helpful and polite. Mukesh Desai and his team ensured we had a comfortable stay. The property is 300+ year old and has its own charm. It is few feets away from Manek chowk street food night market and approximately 10-15 minutes away from Ahmedabad station.
Staff is wonderful, led by Mr Mukesh, was being so nice, so available with us.
The hotel in itself is an official heritage complex, beautiful and so calm, so serene. Surprisingly in such a historic place, you feel at home.
Room is big, clean, gives you anything you need from a European point of view. We (me and my father) slept so well.
Location is right near Manek Chowk, in the heart of the old city.

Loved the fact that it's close to Manek Chowk, even though immediate locality is far from appealing. The property has an authentic old school charm and loved the common areas and the complimentary breakfast. Pretty cool that they have their own mini stepwell.
