The hotel is very pretty and relaxing. It is visually very pleasant with lovely fresh designs around doors, good colour combos, good art choices, nice details at every point. The sheets were good quality cotton, the mattresses very comfortable. Everything worked. There was nothing unsightly. The staff were genuinely friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The location was really good as I was able to immediately walk to some of the major sights and was in the middle of some interesting shops. But it was not noisy (to my Delhi ears, anyway).

We stayed at the Leela Palace to celebrate my wife’s birthday and our Pearl Wedding anniversary. From start to finish, our Butler Harsh provided outstanding service and nothing was too much trouble. His attention to detail in co-ordinating the celebrations made the stay a truly memorable one!

Absolutely everything but staff were exceptional . I had to move from a terrible hotel that my travel agent booked me in to and it was like coming from hell and going into heaven . The staff in trident are angels who make everything right. They went way above the call of duty to look after us. Jayveer was beyond exceptional and did everything to make sure we were taken care of . The hotel itself is stunning , food brilliant etc but I have never in my life experienced anything like the staff at trident . Every single one of them . Lokendra in the restaurant was outstanding , Yashika who greeted us on our first day , Saksham , who gave great service and who got Pramod the chef to give me the recipe for their curry, the best I’ve ever tasted. I will come all the way from Ireland to stay just there again . I even cancelled the hotel I had booked in Jaipur and changed to to the Trident hotel in Jaipur and will stay with the Trident group anywhere I can from now on. Their staff are at a different level entirely, better than anything I’ve ever experienced. I have to again say thanks to Jayveer for sorting out a lot of problems we had yesterday. Cancelled trains, travel agent etc and for taking care of us so well .

The location was excellent right in front of the Jagdish temple! The staff were very very friendly and were the highlight of our stay. Amazing rooms and bathrooms, common areas and rooftop. The property was very clean and definitively our most comfortable and enjoyable stay in ou whole trip throughout India. If you are passing by Udaipur don't bothering looking at other places. This is the place to be!!
A heritage property located at Gangaur Ghat. Artsy with vibrant aesthetics & mix of traditional and trendy decor. My room was not lake facing but was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Step out of the hotel and you see the lake, a sprawling peepal tree shading a bunch of temples. Feels like stepping back in time. The hotel is very close to Bagore ki haveli and the main market area, Jagdish temple is a 10 min walk. The room and hotel design is vintage with a modern touch and merges comfort with style. Full points for the location.

The hotel is located very close to jagdish temple, gangor ghat, ambria ghat, city palace. The hotel is just too good with a traditionally decorated room as Rajasthan culture and the breakfast was awesome. the receptionist was always polite, smiling and helping.
We stayed in heritage suite. Room was big enough and there was seprate changing +washroom. overall the experience was great. Hotel is near to city palace and Jagdish temple.
