I had the pleasure of staying at Grandeur Stays in Dona Paula last night, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a warm welcome at the reception, setting the tone for a delightful stay.
The highlight of my visit was definitely the hospitality. The staff at Grandeur Stays, especially Akhilesh Kumar, were incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience was evident in every interaction.
I also had the chance to dine at the hotel’s Paprika Café, where the welcoming atmosphere continued. The service was impeccable, and the food was delicious, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a long day.
The location of Grandeur Stays is another major plus. It’s conveniently close to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the seaside. I personally enjoy walking, so I took a leisurely one-hour walk to the city. However, for those who prefer or need other transportation options, the hotel is very accommodating. You can easily use your car, motorbike, or a taxi. If you walk to the main road at the end of the street, you’ll find plenty of taxis available, and the hotel staff can also arrange one for you if needed.
The hotel itself is modern and impeccably clean, reflecting its relatively new status. Every facility, from the rooms to the common areas, was thoughtfully designed and maintained, contributing to a comfortable and luxurious stay.
In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Grandeur Stays in Dona Paula. Whether it’s the warm reception, the excellent service at Paprika Café, the convenient location, or the top-notch facilities, this hotel truly stands out as a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area. Really lovely property with super friendly manager. Told us the history of the building and there were lots of lovely pictures of the town. Great location, super comfortable bed too.

The host was wonderful. The rooms were clean and it is also close to Panjim bus stand, the Portugese quarter, and the Immaculate Conception church. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Highly recommended.
The location is perfect. You can walk to the waterfront, Lady of Immaculate Conception Church and many other restaurants. From outside the guesthouse is quaint and picturesque and the breakfast room is very cute.
