We liked everything about this property and it was the best hotel we have been during our two weeks in India. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. My goodness, this place knocked my socks off. It was sublime. The hospitality is next level, and the staff are amazing. They go out of the way for everything--when I couldn't make up my mind over an entree, the server brought me a bit of the one I didn't order as well, because she saw how undecided I was. The car we hired from the hotel for sightseeing...the driver made it his personal mission that I shouldn't have a single drop of rain on me, as I entered and exited. The general manager was next level--my husband lost his ear pods (they fell out of his pocket), but the lengths to which the staff went to retrieve them...this experience is unique. It is old school Indian hospitality at its best, combined with impeccable property management.

Excellent excellent excellent, great property literally luxuries. Staff along with the General Manager are so so helpful and personally wish and talk to each guest and Chexk on their needs. Myself and my wife are very picky and not easy to please but these guys did a tremendous job.

Was looking forward to visit but was shocked to see the use of elephants and camels used for entertainment so had to leave as it was too upsetting to see ,to make it worse it was right in the middle severe weather warnings. The heat was too much for those poor creatures

I highly recommend buying a tour with a guide and enter the City palace. It is absolutely worth it (3500 rupees for adults and 2000 for students). The guides will take enormous pictures of you, so if you are alone, it's a great solution to have photos from the Palace.

Its an structure 100 yrs old, but it is well maintained and very clean, its very quiet also, though in the centre of the city with adjacent road.
Location is amazing. You can take the metro line from the railway station and descend to bodi chopar and in 3 minutes walking is the hotel. Hotel is in an historical building, so close to hawa Mahal and City palace. With bus 29 you can go to Amber fort.
There is wifi and you can leave your luggage after check out , if you need
A nice place to stay in Jaipur if you are new to the city. This hotel is not very far from hawa Mahal and City palace. The markets are also easily accessible. The owner is friendly and helpful.

There was security or staff always at the property and the owner lives opposite of the hotel.
The hotel is inside the pink city and walkable to City palace, Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal.
The room and washroom were clean and Babulal was always available to help us with a pleasant smile.
First things first, the host and family are super kind.
From check in till leaving the city, they took care of us, providing city touring inputs to food suggestions.
The rooms were very clean and cozy.
The location is also very accessible, right in the middle of a busy market (which is very peaceful at night though)
The main attractions like Hawa Mahal, City Palace are quite near to this property
They have good two wheeler parking space, you might find it bit tricky if you plan to visit here by own car.

The view was great, and the location was very convenient for for a lot of the tourist sites in the city. The road to the rear entrance for Nahargarh Fort is right behind the hotel, and the city palace complex is 20 minute walk. The food was good, and was prompt for the most part.
