This was my second stay at the Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty this month. My stay here was again wonderful. The hotel staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The facilities at this hotel are the best I have seen at a hotel in India and on par with the best hotels I have stayed at in the United States.
