While I chose your hotel expecting a four-star level of service and amenities, my experience was unfortunately not up to that standard. Specifically, I was disappointed to find that no bath kit was provided in my room. Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and other toiletries were entirely missing, which was quite inconvenient.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the area where breakfast was served was below standard. The tables were not properly cleaned, and the overall environment felt unkempt. This significantly detracted from what should have been an enjoyable start to my day.
