Right in the heart of the Old City - so you're really walking distance to restaurants/cafes and shops, as well as the holy sites of Al Aqsa, Church of the Holy Sepulcher and the Western Wall. Closest gates are Damascus and Lion Gates. Chose the room with a balcony which was the best choice, as I could have my morning coffee people-watching (and seeing IOF guards in action right downstairs) with a beautiful view of the streets and the golden Dome of the Rock. The room was much bigger than expected, given the size of the hotel! Greeted with a shot of coffee at reception when it's available, and the staff were beyond helpful with everything - tips/advice on checkpoints, changing money when shops were closing and just generally super friendly (shoutout to Issa and Basel!).

The interior design was nice. the building was historic but well maintained. it had its own atmosphere. Close to the tram station and old city. Nice neighborhood. breakfasts were ok. the restaurant is very good. Food was good. I liked the restaurant service the most - a very nice lady who was working there and made us a coffee for breakfast and a very nice waiter working at night. They made great impression.

everything was excellet and exceeded oure expectations! the apartment was clean, spacious, wellequipped and even suited religious families.

the location is excellent: it's close to jaffa street, close to mamila street and the western wall and has great public transportation access. the street is also quiet so there's no noise at night.
Amazing location for the price and really happy we found this place! All the staff were super helpful and friendly, accommodated our requests. Room was very luxurious, comfortable and clean. Rooftop terrace was gorgeous and relaxing.
You can't beat this location, it's right in the center of everything! The mamila mall is a 2 min walk and the western wall is less than 15 min. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were nice. We loved the kitchen and the fridge with a water filter really helped! There was enough utensils to make a full dinner for the family, which was awesome. Overall we really liked it and would definitely go back again.
The hostess Margrit was very helpful and supportive and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was top class, conveniently located within the Jewish Qtr of the old city. The room was very large and well appointed. The bathroom high quality, and the facilities in general were very good. The position was a short walk to the Western Wall, the Christian Qtr, and the Zion Gate. The apartment was located behind a locked iron gate and we always felt very safe and secure.
It is the second time I stay there, it is all about the location and value for money. It is close to everything, you can take a light train from Jaffa street which is 50m from there, all the restaurants are very close. The Western wall is 30 min from there. It was not noisy at night or early morning so I find this place as the best value for money.

The friendly staff and the cleaning were good. Great location. close to the Tram and all kinds of restaurants and stores. only 25 min walk or public transportation to the Western Wall, I will book for the next year too
Good for the money
Location is the best: it's at the corner between al Aqsa and Western Wall. It's a bit difficult to find, you are there once you get to the police stopping you if you aren't looking Muslim enough (just tell them you're going to the hostel).
Staff is friendly and breakfast is varied. They put me in a double room, instead of a dorm for free
