We stayed in The Riverside Park hotel just after the new year. They had a lovely Christmas display up. We are a family of 4 with 2 small children the staff were exceptional and the food in the bar was fantastic 👏 would definitely recommend

A lovely place, but most of the best areas are not...
A lovely place, but most of the best areas are not accessible to the general public. There are not even guided tours available around the inner park. You basically can just use the few hides that they have. It could also do with friendlier Irish staff and a perhaps a cafe. However, on saying all that, it has a great abundance of wild birds and rarities. especially in the winter.
