Room clean. Bedding, towels and toiletries were very good. Service was exceptional from every member of staff we came across. Tea and coffee on demand was fantastic and very quick service. Food in bar was very good and although I didn't have breakfast it looked amazing.

First and foremost the staff were all exceptional. From check in onwards, they were incredibly helpful.
Looking at previous reviews I was expecting things to be a bit rough around the edges due to a rebranding but everything was in great condition, modern and very comfortable. I had booked a basic single room, so was delighted to see how nice and spacious the room was with a good sized bathroom and incredibly comfortable.
The facilities are great and to a high spec. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom was very clean.
