Was perfect for what I needed as I had a late check in after 12:30am. This was no issue and the staff were all great to deal with. The building is beautiful, Georgian era with high ceilings and feels very relaxed due to the large gardens and vistas over Cork harbour and city. Bed was firm and very comfortable and it was lovely stay overall. It was just for one night as it was for work but would happily have stayed for a few nights while on a break in Cork city.
In the heart of Cork City Center, the Metropole Hotel Cork is just a short stroll from the city’s business district and many excellent shops, boutiques, theaters and galleries.

The hotel was traditional, comfy, clean and hagreat amenities, including Irish packed water with the hotel's exterior printed on it, and a 12pm check out time was great too. Of course, the staff were very helpful.
