Our room was spacious and tucked away from the elevators. It was quiet and peaceful. Parking is right behind the hotel and does cost extra but is convenient and safe.

Lovely, historic renovated guest house in quiet location just a short walk to Galway center, train station, etc. and near a river walk that one could walk to the Spanish arch and shoreline. Staff were very helpful and kind when we needed to check in early and refrigerate medication. Breakfast was amazing - the best croissants we've had and delicious cooked breakfast with many options and served in a lovely room overlooking the river.
Norman was so friendly and helpful…great recommendations and kindness. I felt right at home, the room had everything I could need and the snacks and coffee in the kitchen were perfect. It was within walking distance to the Spanish Arch, Ferry Dock as well as many pubs and restaurants.
Excellent location - minutes away from the main train station, and within easy walking distance to the Christmas market, Spanish Arch/Long Walk. The room we stayed in was large and recently renovated with all the expected comforts (kettle, coffee maker, temperature controls). Everything was clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Location was great! Very convenient and easy walk to Eyre Square and near Spanish Arch. Staff were wonderful and helpful with suggestions for dinner. The continental breakfast they served in their sunroom in the morning was lovely! Many options. We had a room with a lot of windows facing the street and parking- just a little noisy with people coming and going. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Galway.
