I had requested a room close to ground floor due to health issue. We were put on the 3 rd floor and 3rd last room on the corridor. Check in was fine told we needed to book dinner before 6pm we went down at 5.25 and we were told all tables booked from 6.30pm. We went to Joels food was superb highly recommend. When we got back to the bar at 7.30 all the tables were still reserved the woman was terrible to deal with she wouldn’t let us sit at a table to have a drink. We sat with friends she had a horrible manner!!!
