It was my first time. But everything is recommended. Room was so clean, spacious and well-equipped, breakfast is so good as well. Staff are amazing! They are so grateful, welcoming and very helpful. Specially Mary from the reception who assisted me on my concern regarding the car wash.

Amazing area learn the legends about the fairies and tell...
Amazing area learn the legends about the fairies and tell the stories to the children about Queen Maeve the warrior queen who may be buried at the top of Knocknarea. The mountain itself is some 324 m 1073 ft high and actually looks like a huge cairn (old burial place for people of notoriety) It is possible to climb and may take just over an hour depending on your fitness level but it is recommended you take plenty of water, good walking shoes and appropriate coat and remember it may be ok walking up there you also have to walk back

Very close to Knocknarea and Carrowmore and to Sligo town and set in a lovely rural location. The cottage was very comfy and cosy. We were so impressed with all that was supplied in the kitchen and they even left milk and fresh bread and biscuits for us. There was also games, jigsaws, books and lots of information about Sligo. A nice bonus was a little pub right across the road from the property.
Centrally located, ideal for city break and exploring Sligo. Nice sized room. Excellent breakfast and evening meal. Short journey to Benbulben and Knocknarea mountains.
nice situation by the river, shopping area and pubs within easy walking distance.
A public parking area near by, all day parking for 3€.
We had a great outing visting Knocknarea
The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and the location was the closest and most convenient we could find for going to a concert in the Knocknarea arena.
I love these pods and try to find them on all my travels. This one was absolutely ideal - its new and spotlessly clean and has an awesome host. The location suited brilliantly, there are beaches and surf nearby, plenty of food choices, and wasn't far to reach the mountains in Sligo, Knocknarea, Bricklieve etc. as well as Sligo town itself. Will definitely make it my first choice when returning.
This was the second time we stayed here. It is just a great hotel with lovely big rooms and a cracking breakfast. Staff are great and it has a lovely pool and spa. What more could you want? You're situated in the perfect spot to get the best out of Sligo. Right beside the city, two mins from rosses point, and about 15 mins from strandhill. Also, definitley make sure you hike up Knocknarea. Will be back.
