Everything was exceptional. Sharon was super friendly & helpful when we arrived. The surprises downstairs were top notch. Thank you for helping us celebrate 30 years of marriage. The next morning, our breakfast was the best I had ever had. Which is hard to say because the food in Ireland is outstanding everywhere.

The staff is so friendly and the tea was on the house and it was amazing. They also gave complimentary cookies and bread and butter in the morning. Loved the bath salts.

We loved our room -- it was more spacious than we expected, the staff was friendly and responsive, and the breakfast was excellent. The beds were also very comfortable. The location is wonderful for exploring Limerick -- especially the Castle and medieval neighborhoods, as well as many excellent pubs and restaurant. We stayed Sunday through Tuesday and our room was quiet and comfortable. We were traveling with our 18-year old son and we had a great visit.

Emily was able to get us into our room shortly after we arrived by bus from Shannon airport and when we were physically exhausted. The room was well equipped and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable. The lower level of the Bedford had fixings for tea and coffee and extra bottles of mineral water in addition to a gym and sauna. The location is within a block of the museum and easy walking distance of King John’s Castle which should not be missed. The cafe itself had the most amazing hot chocolate. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer.
