The staff member at reception was really excellent and professional and so helpful. She is a great asset to this hotel. I would book again for that reason alone.

Everything was just great!
I celebrated my birthday here with friends, and we were blown away by the experience. Both restaurants were absolutely incredible — the two Michelin-starred Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud offers a fine dining experience like no other, while The Garden Room was perfect for a more relaxed yet still exceptional meal. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail made this stay truly memorable.
The hotel's facilities were also fantastic. We enjoyed relaxing in the cozy Drawing Rooms with their open log fires and treated ourselves to some amazing cocktails at No 23. The Merrion Spa and Health Club was a peaceful oasis where we made the most of the pool and sauna.
I highly recommend this hotel for a special occasion or just a luxurious getaway. I will definitely return if I’m back in Dublin
