The whole experience of staying at the Slieve Russell was amazing. We were upgraded to a suite overlooking their magnificent gardens. The staff were very attentive, extremely friendly and professional..The food at the restaurant was very good as was the breakfast... The hotel itself was very spacious with loads of seating areas. We decided to have a spa treatment on the evening of our arrival and it didn't disappoint.. Will definitely be back again.💯

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-maintained the entire property was. The castle itself is a stunning piece of history, and it's clear that great care is taken to preserve its beauty and charm.
We rented two rooms, and both were clean and comfortable. The attention to detail in each room made our stay feel luxurious and welcoming.
Our experience trying to schedule a couples massage at this hotel was quite challenging. We spent eight days persistently calling in an effort to book a massage, only to be met with silence. It was disappointing that neither the front desk nor the spa had working answering machines, making it almost impossible to get in touch with someone directly.
This lack of coordination made what should have been a relaxing experience quite stressful. We were really looking forward to this part of our stay and hope the hotel improves their communication processes for future guests.
The on-site restaurants and facilities were equally impressive. The dining areas were beautifully decorated, and the food was delicious, providing a perfect complement to the overall experience. Additionally, the facilities were comfortable and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
