The location is excellent for a trip to Galway city as it is on the outskirts set in a beautiful golf course and lake. The room had a lake view which was excellent. The staff gave us the warm irish welcome.
The rooms feature a comfortable bed and a marble bathroom with designer toiletries. Rooms also feature a flat-screen chromecast TV, complimentary WiFi and press reader.

We hit Galway during a spate of bad weather and probably can't give Eyre Square it's due. It is a very nice green space in the middle of downtown Galway. Try to go when it isn't pouring!

Don't bother, too many stall of crap, too many stalls of same same food.
Had been hoping for proper artisan stalls, dint find any just stalls with rude stall holders. In fairness the Christmas ornament stall were fantastic, so lovely to deal with, but other than that the stall holders spoke to customers like they owned them a living. Very very disappointed.
Last time I'll go. Would rather support my local small businesses.

Very relaxing and enjoyable.
Very relaxing and enjoyable. During the summer months, if the weather is good, it is nice to buy a take away coffee/lunch and bring it over to the green area in the square. There is seating but it is also nice to chill on the grass. The place is buzzing with people of all ages and if you are lucky, many wonderfully talented musicians will be playing/performing in the surrounding area. In the winter and in particular at Christmastime, there is a Christmas market and the place is amazing. Shopping in Galway is the best with a huge variety of shops in the city centre and plenty of shopping centres. The buzz is just amazing. It's a student's and artist's paradise any time of the year.

Quirky, quaint Airbnb. The little fridge provided was great for storing all your goodies 😏. Quiet part of Galway. A good night's sleep assured to all. Walking distance roughly 8 mins to main shopping area / Eyre square. Plenty of pubs and eateries in the locale if you didn't want to bother with Town.
Its a lovely quiet place, not big but a good size and clean. Top up's daily with coffees etc.
just off the hustle and bustle but only a few minutes walk to Eyre Square.
this is my second time renting out this place and will do if i come to this side of Ireland again
Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean everything you could need for a self catering stay .
Comfy beds
location excellent two mins walk to Eyre square.
Staff at reception very pleasant and helpful.
Good sized apartment set in a perfect location literally just around the corner from Eyre square. Great value for money when compared to hotels nearby

I thought the staff were extremely friendly and sound. The breakfast was impeccable. The hotel was centred right beside Eyre Square and within walking distance of all Galway City had to offer. The curtains were also completely blackout so we were able to take our well needed midday nap in peace. It was a great price.
Wonderful place to stay. Our host Paula was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing, we have now been starting every breakfast with yoghurt, fruit and granola. Great location 10 mins to Eyre Square. Once again a great place to stay Thank you for making our tour around Ireland 🇮🇪 a very memorable experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Fabulous, huge hotel, plenty of staff, all friendly, comfy beds, fabulous breakfast - varied and tasty, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, iron and hairdryer in the room. Did not use the pool but witnessed the joy of some children skipping back from the pool. Free carpark. I usually stay around Eyre Square because you're in the centre of everything but everywhere was booked out this weekend so I took a chance with the Connaught and I am glad because I would definitely stay here again.
