Sapodilla Ubud is a charming boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Ubud. The place offered us a tranquil retreat with exceptional service. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to popular attractions such as the Monkey Forest and various local restaurants.
Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom was huge, with a private balcony overlooking the lush gardens.
The breakfast was delicious with a myriad of options. The dining areas and on-sight restaurants have great food options and the interiors are beautifully done.
Finally, the staff was exceptional. They were very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that guests have a memorable stay.
The hotel's peaceful ambiance, combined with its proximity to the city's main points of interest, makes it an ideal choice for travelers seeking both relaxation and exploration.

The hotel was lovely & in great location. I really appreciated the robe & slippers they provided. The breakfast smoothie with fresh fruit & granola was SO delicious. The staff were Amazing & always willing to assist. They have smart tvs which makes it easier to connect with Netflix etc

We attended a traditional dance on Sunday night and it was fascinating -- the traditional percussion instruments throughout the performance, the colors of the traditional dress, the facial expressions that help to tell the story, and the setting in the Ubud Palace courtyard made it a wonderful experience. It lasted an hour and 10 minutes, which was a perfect length of time.

The staff were all very kind and accommodating. You can message them via WhatsApp and they will help you with anything. I find the room I booked cute, comfy, and spacious. Their breakfast was simple but it's really not an issue for me. The surroundings were abundant with plants and it felt very refreshing. It's roughly 10-15min walk going to Ubud Palace and there are pretty good restaurants and spas nearby.

If you are looking for a peaceful place that offers privacy and luxury, this villa is perfect. I love the ambiance, the rainforest with lots of fish, and the rice terrace view from the restaurant. I came here to relax, and I got exactly what I wanted. The villa itself is brand new and very convenient, with a super large swimming pool and a jacuzzi that I really enjoyed. Special thanks to Novita, the very helpful lady at reception. Breakfast options A La carte is excellent and just 10-15 minutes by motorbike to Ubud palace.
I loved the location which was just a 13 minute walk from the Ubud Palace, but because it was not on a busy street was quiet. I woke up to. bird song! The breakfast - avocado toast and a big bowl of fresh tropical fruit - was delicious and the family running the home stay and their staff were delightful. The traditional architecture of the main buildings and the green courtyard with plants and grass was an added bonus.

Excellent location, close to Ubud Palace and good restaurants and the art market. Lovely having a room a few metres from the pool. Arka and his family were very nice. Room spacious with a nice sitting area outside, good AC, and housekeeping done each day.
Lovely room with a balcony view of the pool. Perfectly located close to central Ubud, restaurants 10min walk, Ubud art market 10min, Ubud palace/water Palace 10min so you can watch live performance at 7.30pm most days. We did temple and waterfall tour and the driver picked us up from the hotel area.
Rooms were cleaned every day and staffs where very friendly and helpful.

The owners are wonderful! Very friendly, they offered us coffee or tea when we arrived, and next morning the owner showed and explained about the fruit trees in the property and gave several fruits for us to try. The fruits were much better than fruits purchased at the market or even the one I ate at hotels. Room was nice and clean, beds comfortable.
Also very close to the Ubud Palace, 10 min walk.

Cozy, quality place which is 5-10 min away to Monkey forest, 20-25 min away to Ubud palace on foot. The hotel is secluded from the center of Ubud which gave us calm and quality time. The room were spacious and we loved the private outside pool which we spent looking at the great scenery. There is a hidden gem called Kalyana Restaurant, the hotels restaurant, where we preferred most of the time because it had more quality food than the places with "high stars" in center Ubud. The hotel was the highlight of our 5 day trip to Ubud
