We stayed in the junior suite, a quiet room. Beautiful design, excellent customer service from the security staff who always greeted with a smile when you arrive at the hotel to the front officers and the cleaners. Thank you for the birthday surprise and the NYE gifts. Very thoughtful :) I stayed in Amnaya Kuta as well but Amnaya Nusa Dua set the bar much higher in every level.

Spacious rooms, fantastic pools, and unbeatable location. The staff were very nice, always helpful. The restaurants are a little on the pricey side, especially compared to a lot of restaurants within a 5 minute walk, typical westerner pricing really. The breakfast was excellent though, make sure you sign up for a package that includes breakfast. And finally, the price of our stay was very good. We grabbed 2 rooms (2 adults and 2 kids), and even then it still ended up cheaper than 1 room would have cost in similar hotels nearby
