Our stay at this resort was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by Yuni at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. Her attentiveness and genuine hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable vacation.
The resort itself is stunning - beautifully designed rooms were all impeccable. Every corner of the property exudes elegance and attention to detail, making it the perfect place to unwind.
One of the highlights of our stay was the Bhava Spa. It was a great experience—the serene ambiance, skilled therapists, and thoughtful treatments left us completely rejuvenated. I can confidently say it’s one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had.
The only area where the resort fell slightly short was the food. While it was good and offered a decent variety, it didn’t quite match the perfection of everything else. I’d rate it a solid 7/10. That said, the staff was attentive, and the dining atmosphere was pleasant, so it didn’t detract much from our overall experience.
If you’re looking for a luxurious retreat in Nusa Dua, this resort is an absolute must. With exceptional service (shoutout again to Yuni!), breathtaking surroundings, and the unparalleled Bhava Spa, it’s a place we can’t wait to return to. Highly recommended!

Recommended if looking for a relaxing/quiet/private stay. Attentive and friendly staff; beautiful villa including a (big) private pool and spacious bed- and bathroom. General facilities are well maintained with very nice views from the restaurant. Complex is close to the airport (15min), in between kuta and nusa dua.
Small improvement-point: Bedroom and bathroom could use some upgrades, ao furniture and electric outlets.
