Service of all staff! The hotel is new and yellow is a nice vibrant colour! ! Very happy with the stay.. strongly recommend . Also they have bottles for self refill for water which go in line with the green theme ! This is 👍

Firstly during my booking I clearly indicated that I wanted a smokers room, the hotel replied and acknowledged my request
Then I also indicated I wanted a high level with a city view, the hotel acknowledged and somehow cock up the request
Firstly upon my arrival during check in I was very disappointed with the staff, she provided a information that was wrongly mentioned, she said my room was given out by her colleague!! Then is very very unprofessional..
Then a cover up was done to try to pleased me, by giving me a room that is at is on the 9th Floor 932 NOT facing the city!!!

1. The check-in was supposed to be standard 1400hrs it end up at 1500hrs
2. The room they provided was not ready for check-in
3. Even when the room was ready I didn't receive a called to be updated instead she said the counter was busy!! So in other words I was not a important person others was???
4. Upon arriving into my room 932 I was very very very disappointed, the state of the room was very not worth the price of $900 for 4 days
5. The bedroom switched broken
6. Bath towel dirty blackish
7. No face towel and when I requested for it, I was given a face or hand towel that had black marks and very dirty!!! That's not all after making a report on the face towel, it was not replace till the time I checked out "OMG"
8. Bedsheets was not ready, the room attendant, house keeping told me the bedsheets didn't arrived so they had to used a different size bedsheets, a smaller size and the bedsheets was not clean, I had problems sleeping my whole body wax itching.
9. The lobby there's not enough sitting area too much deco and promoting of wedding stuff and others
10. The lounge at the lobby doesn't serve alcohol beverages, guess needs to be allowed to a drink at their choice during the look wait for check in..

Security are very friendly. Very near nagoya Hill shopping mall. The room are very cozy. Owner are very well prepared before we check in. There is minimart at ground floor.
