We go for the sake of event happening at JIEXPO. Technically the location wise was a top notch because of the purpose of stays. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. Bed and pillow comfortable. Pleasant stays.

Clean, comfortable and friendly, helpful super attentive staff. The concierge, housekeeping, security and meet/greet valets were particularly courteous, professional and efficient, even speaking/texting with the Grab taxi drivers to ensure the early morning pick-ups were accurate and timely. Fabulous! Restaurant/bar/lounge functional and could do with some finishing touches but had everything we needed and the staff were very kind and hospitable.

The location was at Mangga Dua Square (perfect if you have last minute shopping). Our family loves the breakfast buffet, there are so much variety to choose. Additionally they have a different wellness juice every day, local Jamu for health and even freshly made ginger tea. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staffs was very friendly and helpful. There were big Koi fish pond and my kids totally loves feeding them. Overall our stay was very pleasant. No doubt we will stay there again for our next trip.
