In December 2024 and January 2025, we spent 21 days with our two children (aged 10 and 12) at the Grand Hyatt Bali. We chose this hotel because of the nice beach, the all inclusive service and the proximity to a private hospital.
The hotel was indeed built in the past and the positives are that the gardens and beach are beautiful, the pools are varied and the staff are above average, hospitable, helpful and kind. I would also like to highlight the performance and kindness of the boys working in the pool bar, Tyas and Weda.
