This hotel is luxurious and well appointed. It's very family friendly with an amazing pool which was never busy. The rooms are very large similar to a studio apartment. The staff are great, the breakfast is fantastic and the location is relatively central. The hotel bar has a great band that plays every day except Sunday when it's closed. Drinks are a bit steep for Asia but the entertainment makes it worth it. The hotel staff were also very accomodating with late checkout on my last day due to a late flight which helped tremendously with giving me time to pack and rest prior to my long flight. I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended to others.

The room is excellent, very spacious and confortable and coffee, tea, water were provided for free. The toilet is very modern and the shower worked perfectly.

Location , grand indonesia mall is just across the road from the hotel . Thamrin mall just less than 10mins walk . 2 booked the premiere 2 bedroom apartment it’s so spacious. Front desk is very helpful and courteous.
Breakfast has fair selection of food. Enough to fill our tummy. Eventhough it is an old hotel, the rooms are clean & have comfy beds. Location very near to major attraction & shopping malls ie Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, Thamrin City. Easily accessible via Grab. Around the hotel are Garuda Nasi Padang, a few cafes, Indo Maret & Taman Ismail Marzuki is just infront of the hotel. The staff are quite accomodative & helpful. My family & I will surely stay in this hotel in the future.
The location was super convenient! Being connected to the Grand Indonesia Mall and easy access was a plus. Everything else was just a walking distance 👍🏼 The facilities in the room were more than enough, appreciate the kind gesture from the hostess. Overall best stay I had in Jakarta 😊

Hotel was well located in a safe area near two very large shopping malls (including the Grand Indonesia, which is rated as one of, if not, the best in Jakarta). Some good hotels nearby, too, with roof terraces for a drink under the stars (Bart, at the Artotel in our case). The restaurant served great food during the day, and the milkshakes were awesome.
The location is very strategy and convenient. Nearby Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. A lot of nice local food stall around. Hotel is clean and tidy, staff are nice, breakfast is fair enough
The hotel is connected to Plaza Indonesia making it very convenient to get dinner after a long day out. It is also very near to other good malls like Grand Indonesia, Thamrin City & Sarinah. We love the overall hotel hospitality too.

Only positive about this hotel is it located near Grand Indonesia mall ie walking distance. However, it is very challenging to walk to/from Grand Indonesia Mall because of the narrow lane with motorcycles/cars and heavy traffic at this area.
