The hotel was amazing and felt very luxurious, and we had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We really enjoyed all the facilities the hotel had, including a relaxing swimming pool and decking, and gym. We liked how spacious and comfortable the rooms were, even having a bathtub and a living room area. The service of the staff and porters, especially Alfath, really made our stay more relaxing. We also really enjoyed the variety of options and how delicious the food at the complimentary breakfast buffet was.

The location of the hotel is very strategic,near to BNI & sudirman station,it take 15mini walk to grand indonesia,plaza indonesia & thamrin mall...the staff so friendly,there is so many food stall near by the hotel
The hotel is new and aesthetically pleasing. All essential amenities were provided, although more hangers in the closet would be great. Breakfast was satisfactory and the location was convenient, with close proximity to Thamrin, Grand Indonesia, and Plaza Indonesia.
The room was tidy, clean and carpeted. Not all hotels have carpeted room. Which this is one of the criteria we choose Pullman.
The breakfast was varieties and delicious. The coffee super nice and the f&b staff have offered the coffee to be served, unlike some other places. I can still remember the tasty of french toast and baked bean with tomato sauce.
The location are very strategic just opposite grand indonesia mall and other mall just a walking distance away. Opposite MRT station and it is very convenient to go anywhere.
I am a fan of staying in the hotel every time I come to visit Jakarta for leisure or a business trip. For me it is accessible and convenient where you want as it was just distant to the Grand Indonesia dan Plaza Indonesia as well as many eateries below the building for those who are always craving for food.
I loved the location since it was right in front of Grand Indonesia, where I basically shopped and ate everyday. The hotel was also located near street food vendors, which was amazing. If I needed to get something to eat, I can immediately go there.
The staff was so friendly. I struck up conversations with the cleaner etc. The staff even helped me get my sunnies that I left in a Grab taxi.

Good for a short stay of 2-3 days. The hotel is located in a cul-de-sac, making it quiet yet well-situated (about 30 minutes by car from Soekarno Airport and around 15 minutes from the Grand Indonesia Mall). The rooftop bar is lovely, with a great view, good drinks, and tasty food.
Everything was perfect. From the friendly lobby staff to the spacious apartment and complete amenities provided. We had a fantastic stay here. Location was also quite central especially if you plan to go for CFD or Grand Indonesia/Plaza Indonesia. Highly recommend and value for money.
